Life on the estate
Simple pleasures in the fresh air

The heated outdoor pool
The pool is shared between the cottages and is available during its opening season from 9 am to 8 pm. It is not supervised: children must be watched by an adult at all times.

For young and old
Garden furniture, barbecue, pétanque court, table tennis, badminton and outdoor games: everyone can enjoy the Clos at their own pace while respecting the peace and quiet.
The estate includes meadows maintained with varied mowing, approximately 1,000 m² of woodland and two ponds. Please respect the wildlife and keep away from the pond edges.
Living well
in the cottages
A few thoughtful gestures to care for this place
- Both cottages are non-smoking.
- Close windows and doors when you go out.
- Please respect the peace and quiet, especially in the evening.
- Please tell us about any damage or technical problem.
- Keep an eye on children near the ponds, pool and outdoor play areas.
Recycling & compost
Recycling and composting are available at the Clos. The bins are located to the right of the gate facing the road. Please follow the signs.
Leaving
with peace of mind
End-of-stay cleaning: the choice is yours

Prefer not to do a full clean? An optional end-of-stay cleaning service is available under the terms of your booking.
Petite Charbonnière: 50 €
Grande Charbonnière: 100 €
The prices and conditions stated in your booking prevail.
In every case, even if you choose the cleaning service:
- Empty the bins and take the rubbish to the designated area.
- Wash and put away all dishes.
- Leave the kitchen clean and tidy, including used appliances and worktops.
- Gather bed linen and towels in the place indicated in the cottage.
Without the cleaning service, please carry out a full clean of the cottage before departure, as well as the steps above.
The wildlife
of the Clos
A discreet little world to discover

A camera on the estate records visits from deer, foxes, badgers and birds. It has also captured images of a feline; its identification as a European wildcat has not yet been confirmed.

The two ponds
The AmphiRept association has helped maintain them and plans to survey the species present in spring 2027. Please do not disturb the animals or put anything into the water.
